When someone enters a gym for the first time, they have no clue how to properly use equipment. In fact many people who are regulars at a gym don’t have a clue how to use the equipment. A trainer will show you the correct way to use the equipment and the different methods many of the exercises can be performed. Even if you’ve done your research and watched how to videos, its hard to analyze the accuracy for yourself, unless you have an outer body experience and can look at yourself from all angles.
